Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Any orders placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from the date of order.
Any cancellation requests received after 24 hours shall not be accepted. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Return & Refund Policy:
Requests for return or refund are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period are ineligible.
Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to settle, though we strive to process them sooner. Timelines may extend due to unforeseen events.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging for a refund request to be accepted.
If a returned item is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original packaging, the request becomes invalid.
After inspection, MIZUU reserves the right to determine product condition and refund eligibility.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Product Delivered:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, email support@mizuu.in with images and your order ID within 2 days of delivery.
Replacements typically ship within 5–7 business days, subject to location and circumstances.
Our team will guide you through the replacement process.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:
Personalised, customised, or tailor-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:
- a. Size issues
- b. Defective products
Requests outside these reasons are ineligible. Policies may change; please review the latest version before purchase.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If stock is unavailable, a refund will be processed according to the refund policy.
Delayed Refunds:
Banking channels or payment gateways may take 7–8 working days to reflect refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund after 8 working days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit-card company (for credit-card purchases).
- Contact your bank.
